UMMC School of Nursing’s traditional BSN track opens in Oxford

Now prospective nursing students can earn a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Nursing in four years in Oxford as well as in Jackson. Bower Foundation MSN graduates educating next generation of nurses

Building a Stronger Future for Nursing in Mississippi, funded by a $3.8 million grant from the Bower Foundation, has graduates who are now nursing educators. The project provided scholarships and stipends for registered nurses to earn their MSN degrees at the UMMC School of Nursing.
